Your breathing rate will be faster and deeper which help maximize the oxygen amount in your blood. Your heart beat faster which help blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs. Your capillaries will widen which help deliver more oxygen to your muscles. It also helps carry away waste products like carbon dioxide and lactic acid. Your body will release endorphins which help promotes an increased sense of well being.
