MENSTRUAL CRAMPS

The prostaglandins is a hormone that released by our body at the time of menstruation. This hormone causes the uterus to contract to help the uterus shed its lining. Scientific studies suggest that this hormone is one of the main causes of menstrual cramps. It is seen that younger women tend to experience more severe cramps than older women. Dysmenorrhea is the medical term of the menstrual and it is classified into two types, such as primary and secondary. A recent survey shows that 90% of girls are having this problem. The pain occurred in the area of belly and a pelvic area is called menstrual cramps. And also the main symptom is paining with vomiting, nausea, dizziness.
